My dear Twitter followers,

as promised I’m sharing with you the MOST AMAZING SUPER DELICIOUS KILLER OREO-FLAVORED CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE EVER!!!1!!!!!!111

Recipe for a springform pan with a diameter of 24 cm.

For the base:

  • 300 g Oreo biscuits
  • 70 g Butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 4 eggs
  • 900 g cream cheese (double-cream cheese), or Mascarpone
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 300 g dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla paste

For the ganache:

  • 200 ml cream
  • 180 g dark chocolate
  • 3 tbsp. sugar, depending on taste

Preparation:

For the base, grind the Oreo biscuits and their filling finely in a food processor, mixed with the melted butter, then distribute it in a springform pan with a diameter of 24 cm and press it well.
Place the base at 175 ° Celsius (top and bottom heat) in the preheated oven for about 8–10 minutes.

Melt the dark chocolate (Bain-Marie) and then prepare the filling.
First place the cream cheese (or Mascarpone) in a bowl and stir until smooth.
Then stir in the vanilla paste, powdered sugar and baked cocoa. The eggs are then gradually stirred into the cheese mass.
Finally, add the melted chocolate slowly and keep mixing.
Now the mass can be put on the Oreo base.

Place the cake at 175 ° Celsius (top and bottom heat) in the preheated oven for approx. 60 minutes.

After the baking time, let the cake cool for 5 minutes.
Remove the edge of the springform pan.
The cake should then cool for about 8 hours in the fridge before being placed on a cake platter.

After the cooling time, prepare the chocolate ganache.
Add the dark chocolate to the shortly boiled up cream together with the sugar.
Let it rest for 2 minutes and then stir it until the cream and chocolate become homogenous.
Let the ganache cool.

Put the baking ring around the cake and spread the ganache over the cake and put it in the fridge for another hour before it can be cut.
You can then decorate it according to your taste.

Enjoy it and please share your experience & opinion about it.
